At the Blanzy Clinic we ensure that our team meets your personal needs. We will answer your questions and ask that you agree to partner with us on your health care journey. After this, whenever you make an appointment, the scheduler will ask the reason for your visit. We will make the appointment with the team member who has the earliest availability, but ensure that your care is overseen or provided by your personal care provider.
You and your personal care physician/clinician will partner on your wellness journey. We will also guide you through the complex health system to help you get the care you need either from us or others. Even though you have an appointment with one team member, other members may consult with you while you are here. We want you to actively participate in the management of your health and health care.
