- On-site laboratory.
- Blood may be drawn at our facility and sent to an outside laboratory.
- We will refer you for certain diagnostic tests such as mammography, nuclear imaging, MRI or CT Scan. We will assist you in making your appointment.
- A member of our practice team will contact you to discuss testing results and needed follow-up. You may receive results via USPS, email or electronically through a secured messaging system, called RelayHealth or we may call you.
- Minor surgical procedures including suturing and casting can be performed on site.
- Collaboration with a Community Care Travel Team comprised of a certified diabetes educator, nutritionist, exercise specialist, wellness coach, behavior health specialist and health educators.
- Every patient is encouraged to enroll in RelayHealth.
- Provide your pharmacy name and phone number in the event you chose not to enroll in RelayHealth.
Refills of existing prescriptions can be done online at RelayHealth. - If you have questions about new prescriptions or discontinuing medication you may contact us by phone or via RelayHealth.
- Our facility is wheelchair accessible.
- Patients with limited sight and hearing should bring a companion to ensure clear communication.
